SHIPPING POLICY

• We ship our products all over the world .
• Shipping across India delivery charges are free.
• For International shipping delivery charges are applicable according to the place of delivery and the quantity of order.
• Once the product is ready for shipment, we will notify you with the Tracking details via email and SMS.
• Orders would be usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days from the order processed date.
• TRIPPY does not guarantee any delivery date for the ordered product/s and it could be delivered earlier or might take more than 15 working days based on your delivery location and logistics partners.
• All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends ) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
• We will bring it to your notice in case of Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control .
• In the case of unexpected natural calamities, government restrictions/orders, holidays, political bandhs or any other potential outrages from the logistics partner’s end, it may get delayed and logistics partner’s will be responsible for that .
• Delays in delivery are not notified by TRIPPY and we expect the customer to coordinate with the logistics partner.
• Deliveries will be made on business days. Please do sign once the product is delivered.
• TRIPPY is not responsible if the product/s is/are received by an alternate person and then lost/damaged or delivery failure due to incorrect/insufficient address.
• Change of the delivery address and contact number would not be possible after the order is processed from our end.
• Delivery failures, missing products, or damaged packages during transit would not be claimed against TRIPPY.
• Delay in delivery should be notified by the customers through email within 2 working days from the expected delivery date shown in the logistics partner’s website and we will not be liable after that.

CONFIRMATION / PAYMENT POLICY

• Order/pre-order placed before 4pm will be processed the same day and orders placed after that will be processed the next working day.
• Order/pre order placed on Friday after 12pm will processed by Monday only.
• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation status .

• The minimum order value of the shopping cart is set as INR 299 , it may vary accordingly . Orders should exceed the same to proceed with the payment.
• We support payment options such as Debit Card, Net-banking, Credit Card, Wallet, Google Pay,Phone Pe ,  Paytm and UPIID.
• All Debit Card, Net Banking, and Credit Card transactions at TRIPPY are protected by Secure Data Encryption.
• TRIPPY will consider your order only after you receive an order confirmation from TRIPPYCompany.
• Due to Bank server / Internet issues, if there are any deductions from your bank, it will be refunded as per your bank policy. TRIPPY  would not be liable. We request you to get in touch with your bank.

REFUND / CANCELLATION/ RETURN POLICY

• The Return, Replacement, and Refund of the product will be accommodated only for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
• Return initiation should be made within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
• The centuplicate refund will be given if the product is Cancelled  within 6 hours of the confirmation mail or message for the order .
• Tracking details must be shared via email for us to track the return shipment.
• The product will no longer be eligible for return/replacement beyond the above mentioned time limit.
• We expect you to send us the order details and the images of the incorrect/defective product to contact@trippyclothing.in upon which our team will get back to you.
• Our quality team would take 10-12 working days to quality check and provide you the next step to follow.
• If requested, we would want you to courier back the product and share the tracking details via email.
• Once the defective/incorrect product is received, it will be sent for quality check and based on the outcomes we will either resend/replace it or the same value will be credited into TRIPPY wallet which can be used on a future purchase.
• Used products or usage of Perfume on apparel will not be replaced.
• We request you to  make sure , the product is intact, unused, and in the original packaging along with product tags before returning the product.
• Order cancellation would not be possible if the order is shipped or in-transit.
• Products purchased during special offers are not eligible for return / exchange.
• International orders are not eligible for return / exchange unless an incorrect product has been delivered.
• We request you to mention your contact details and Order number.
• The product can be sent back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post .
• The charges will be taken by you ,the postal charges for sending your products back to us.

LAYOFF

• The layoff is taken on local and national holidays.
• Our customer support team will not be active during this period of time you may expect a delay in our responses and order processing time.
• Any enquiry emails or calls during this period will be answered on the next business day only.
